Vintage Black Velvet Pillbox Hat W/black Veil & Rhinestone 。Favorette 1950s Vintage Black Velvet Pillbox Hat w/ Rhinestone Brooch & Netting This hat is in excellent, vintage, pre-owned condition. The velvet got a little pressed down in 2 spots on the top of the hat...due to how velvet works, you can\'t see this at all from most angles, but in the photos, if you see 2 white marks on the top, it is due to the camera being at the angle that reflects the squished velvet. There are no white spots actually on the hat itself. Union made in approx. the 1950s, United States by the United Hatters, Cap & Millinery Workers Union.
